Alloggiare in un castello costruito dall'Imperatore? Si può!
Dopo una una lunga opera di recupero, il castello di Cisterna, risalente al XIII secolo, è tornato in vita.
Sono stati ricavati 10 appartamenti per turisti divisi in due insegne diverse, ma appartenenti alla stessa proprietà.
Ogni unità ha un design che mantiene gli elementi caratteristici della struttura con diverse dimensioni, per adattarsi al meglio ai viaggiatori che vorranno sostare qui.
A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una piscina gratuita nel giardino del castello, una terrazzo panoramico e un ampio giardino con moltissimi angoli da cui godere all'aria aperta della vista dall'alto che offre il castello.

"This place is a gem! It’s tucked up in a hill with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and the castle has been restored by the owner to a really nice condition - it feels authentic throughout, and I live that it’s been restored and is run by local people and not a faceless company. The owner - Antonio - was lovely. He showed me around the property, hooked me up with local recommendations and some olive oil to bring home, and fixed a few small things that needed a little attention. Adriana checked me in and she is so lovely! She treated me to some freshly picked figs and made me feel right at home. The people who live locally are really friendly. You do need a car to get around, but the castle is well placed to visit a lot of different hillside towns and archaeological sites. And just being in/by the pool, reading in a hammock, and having drinks on the turret…bliss!"
